Moka City — Telfair Promenade

Project

A promenade in the spirit of Barcelona's Las Ramblas — a shared space where pedestrians take priority over vehicles.

It is a concept based on the famous Las Ramblas in Barcelona, where the main promenade, which connects the commercial buildings that run on the sides, becomes a main living and dynamic space where people meet, walk, run, relax, eat, have fun and simply enjoy the facilities provided. The whole design is based on a shared space concept where pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles co-exist while priority remains on the pedestrians.
